How do I change my Catholic Education account password
Your Catholic Education account is used to login to a number of different systems. It is important you keep your password secure. You can change your password at any time as per the instructions below. 

Your Catholic Education username and password is the same for;

Catholic Education Portal, WSS, iLearn, eMinerva, Dynamics, BI, SRS, Engage, Google Gsuite, Office365, School Portals, Accessing the internet and in most cases the login to your computer.

Options to change the password are available on either the Cairns or Brisbane login pages

Cairns Identity Login Page (https://idp.cns.catholic.edu.au/)
1. Select the Change password button on the login page (the Orange button)
2. It will then open the page https://pwdreset.cns.catholic.edu.au
3. Type in your username and current password
4. Type in your new password twice, noting it must have a minimum of 8 characters
5. If successful, your password has now been updated 

Brisbane Identity Login Page (https://login.bne.catholic.edu.au/)
1. Select the Change password link on the main login page
2. It will then open the page https://pwdresetcns.bne.catholic.edu.au/adfs/portal/updatepassword
3. Type in your username, current password, new password twice. Please note Cairns have a minimum of 8 character passwords
4. If successful, your password has now been updated.

Diocesean Employees
All Diocesan staff can use the above links to update their password. For most staff who only use WSS, they will be presented with the Brisbane login page.

For those staff who have forgotten their password, there is a self service password recovery available where a mobile phone has been registered in the personal contacts of WSS. 
To recover a password, from either the Cairns or Brisbane login pages, select the forgotten password or new user/first time login. This will open the self service recovery tool, also available on this link - Self Service Password Reset
